The platform uses clear data displays and an easy-to-navigate design to simplify key steps like candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding. By bringing together information from different sources, it offers employers timely insights into candidate profiles, allowing for more thoughtful and efficient hiring decisions.

Challenges encountered
